Optus e-Bill
Optus e-Bill is an on-line billing portal accessed via the Optus website. The customer’s monthly Fixed Line/Landline account/s are uploaded onto e-Bill approximately 7 days after the finalisation of your billing cycle. e-Bill allows customers to view your accounts by business unit or cost centre, product or service number. Customers can also drill down to individual service details such as the date, time, origin, number dialled and cost for each call. e-Bill billing data can be easily extracted and exported into Excel. Up to 15 months of billing data is available.
Optus IntelleManager®
Optus IntelleManager is a web browser-based tool that allows users to pro-actively monitor and control call routing to their inbound calling services (13, 1300 and 1800 numbers).This service includes a wide range of dynamic call routing features and reporting. IntelleManager is maintained by Optus and can be installed with no customer premise equipment or up front capital.
Optus Insight Plus
Optus Insight Plus is another web-based management reporting tool that allows customers to analyse call detail information at a finer level. Particularly helpful with Inbound (13, 1300 and 1800) services, Insight Plus affords you real time access to call Traffic/Usage information.
Optus e-Care
Optus e-Care is the reporting portal for the Evolve IPVPN and Broadband Satellite service suite. The portal is available via the Optus web site and delivers performance, statistical, historical and trending information to assist customers manage their networks. eCare also provides the following services:
