Delivered from $25 excl. GST per month per line, Direct Line is Optus’ equivalent PSTN (analogue) product. This product is compatible with service applications such as phone, fax, EFTPOS, security, alarm, lift and dial-up modem.
Optus Multiline (ISDN)
ETSI and Austel Standard compliant, Optus Multiline (ISDN) delivers a digital trunk (line) service supporting voice and modem calls. Optus Multiline is available nationally via Optus’ Direct Access, DSL Access or Extended Access links. Also known as a Primary Rate Access Service, Optus Multiline consists of between ten and thirty channels (lines). When used as a national strategy to connect intra- or inter-state offices Optus Multiline delivers a super-low call rate between offices, eg, 5c flat (untimed) excl. GST – that’s lower than a local call!

The Optus ‘Meet’ Tele and Web Conferencing products (ExecutiveMeet, EventMeet and WebMeet) offer a hassle-free and time-saving alternative to in-person meetings. Competitively priced and billed to your Optus Fixed Line/Landline account The ‘Meet’ set of products are perfect tools for staff and sales meetings, company announcements and training sessions. There are no set up or standing charges for Optus Conferencing. You only pay for the time you use. Services are available and supported 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can hold your ‘virtual’ meetings at any time.
Optus Calling Card
Perfect for Executives on the go the Optus Calling Card is a great, low cost alternative to mobile global roaming and expensive hotel call rates. Conveniently charged back to your Optus Fixed Line/Landline account, all calls are itemised and billed in Australian dollars. Users can call, fax or access the internet (via a dial up modem) with their Optus Calling Card by dialing the domestic (Australian) or international free call access number and entering in their user-specific PIN code. Telephone prompts and simple instructions printed on the card will guide you. There are no setup costs, no joining fees, no monthly or annual charges and no equipment to buy.
Optus Yes Business Totality
In partnership with IPL, a major national wholesale distributor of Alcatel-Lucent and Avaya PABX systems, Optus has created a PABX and Fixed Line/Landline bundle – yes Business Totality. The bundle includes the supply and maintenance of the Alcatel-Lucent or Avaya PABX, handsets and peripherals together with Optus ISDN (Multiline). This all-in-one solution offers customers one point of contact for all hardware, infrastructure and carriage support and consolidates your list of suppliers and Account Managers.
Yes Business Totality is the perfect solution for the upgrade of old, outdated phone systems, for customers relocating or setting up a new office or for those wanting to upgrade from PSTN or to IP-based technology. Customers can choose to pay for the PABX upfront or in monthly instalments via a lease agreement whereby the cost is added to the Optus Fixed Line/Landline invoice for the agreed term. At the end of the term customers can choose to purchase the PABX for a $1 residual payment.
